I spent a decade at Boehringer Ingelheim: health informatics and analytics, then data governance, then Global Head of Digital Transformation. My teams built the oversight rubrics that AI-touched work inside pharma gets measured against.
Now I run RWD Insights, where I take complex data and AI capability and turn it into decisions you can act on. I teach Strategy and Analytics at Columbia, mentor founders at NYU's Endless Frontier Labs, and hold a PhD in Biostatistics from the University of Pennsylvania.
I teach the AI classes because I watched too many capable teams get handed a license and no instructions.
